Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Commercial Concrete Contractors of Houston website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Nature of Service

Commercial Concrete Contractors of Houston operates as a referral and marketing service. We are not a direct provider of concrete construction services. Our role is to connect prospective customers with qualified concrete contractors who can perform the actual work.

When you submit an inquiry through our website, you authorize us to share your contact information and project details with Inner Loop Construction, our contracted service provider. Inner Loop Construction will contact you directly to discuss your project, provide estimates, and potentially perform the work.

No Guarantees or Warranties

We provide this referral service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding:

• The quality, timeliness, or outcomes of work performed by referred contractors
• Project completion timelines or final costs
• The availability of contractors to accept your project
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on our website
• Specific results or outcomes from concrete construction projects

All project outcomes, including quality, cost, timeline, and final appearance, are subject to numerous variables including site conditions, weather, material availability, contractor performance, and project specifications. Images and examples shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results for your project.

Contractor Relationships

Any contracts for construction services are formed directly between you and the service provider (Inner Loop Construction). We are not a party to those contracts and bear no responsibility for:

• Work performed or not performed by the contractor
• Disputes between you and the contractor
• Quality, safety, or compliance issues with completed work
• Payment disputes or collection matters
• Warranties or guarantees provided by the contractor

Non-Circumvention Agreement

If we refer you to a contractor through our service, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial contact. This means you agree not to:

• Directly engage with the referred contractor for additional projects without going through our referral service
• Share the contractor's contact information with others to bypass our service
• Attempt to establish a direct relationship that excludes our involvement in future projects

This provision protects our business relationship with contractors and ensures fair compensation for our marketing and referral services.

Provider Disclosure Limitations

While we currently work with Inner Loop Construction as our selected service provider, we reserve the right to:

• Change, add, or remove service providers at our discretion
• Refer inquiries to different providers based on project requirements
• Limit disclosure of our provider relationships for business reasons
• Terminate provider relationships without notice to customers

We will always disclose which provider(s) will receive your information before or at the time you submit an inquiry through our forms.

Pricing and Payment

Our referral service is provided to prospective customers at no charge. You are not obligated to hire any contractor we refer. Any pricing, estimates, or payment arrangements are negotiated directly between you and the contractor.

Estimates provided by contractors are not binding on us. Final project costs may differ from initial estimates due to changes in scope, site conditions, materials, or other factors.

Contact and Communication

By submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to receive communications from us and our referred contractors via:

• Telephone calls (including automated or pre-recorded messages)
• Text messages (SMS/MMS)
• Email communications

You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us or following unsubscribe instructions in our communications. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Commercial Concrete Contractors of Houston or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commercial Concrete Contractors of Houston and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
• Damages resulting from work performed or not performed by referred contractors
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content or contractor information

Our total liability for any claim arising from our referral services shall not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Commercial Concrete Contractors of Houston and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your dealings with referred contractors.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
